Tickets are available through our website only, and are not for sale on any other ticketing platform. Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable to another event if you are unable to attend.
Everyone attending over the age of 2 requires a ticket. This includes adults attending with children. Due to capacity limits within venues, we are required to account for every single body within the space and must sell tickets accordingly.
Our events are 1.5 hours, or 90 minutes in length and feature open free time for meet and greets, activities, interactions, games and crafts along with a structured program. Each event program is outlined on the ticket page. Please ensure the flow of the event and program works for you and your child before purchasing tickets and attending.
Every child in attendance must be accompanied by an adult or guardian. Fairytale Character Co. creates events that are interactive and immersive for you and your child to experience together. No child is to be left unattended or dropped off at an event without supervision.
By participating in or attending a Fairytale Character Co. event, you agree to give consent to Fairytale Character Co. and its authorized representatives granting them permission to photograph and videotape your presence at the event which may be used for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes. You agree that photographs and video content may be used in any form as a part of a future publication.

WHAT DO WE WEAR?
We encourage everyone to dress in their best and brightest! Often, children do wear their favourite character dress. We ask that adults not dress up in costume or cosplay of a princess to keep the magic alive for the kids.
Five of your favourite characters will be in attendance. Character availability is subject to change event to event.
Yes, you are required to have a ticket to attend. Every child must be accompanied by an adult at the event.
The Fairytale Princess Ball is 1.5 hours, or 90 minutes in length. Food is not served, and there are no assigned table seats, so please plan to eat ahead of time.
Your first Princess Ball is always an exciting memory! We recommend preparing your child ahead of time by making sure everyone is well rested with a good nights sleep and nap the day of the event. As food is not served at the event, we also suggest eating something ahead of time. If your child had not met characters before, we recommend telling them about the event ahead of time so they can be prepare and excited, instead of overwhelmed.
